I was inspired by an article in a magazine: Women's health. It had a 10 week training program for a half marathon. I read it and thought it was manageable. So I signed up for the race last weekend. My goal is to finish it, running or walking.Speedwise, I don't have a goal yet. It would be nice if I can finish it within 3 hours, hehe. Hope I can avoid injury too.
