雅虎說，將向阿裏巴巴集團出售所持大約50%的阿裏巴巴股權，價值為71億美元。阿裏巴巴是中國最大的電子商務網站。

Yahoo says that it will sell to Alibaba group about 50% of the Alibaba stock share, of $7.1 billion. Alibaba is the largest electronic busioness website in China.
