Maybe my friend was a little bit moody today

She is actually a nice person. Because of her now I am sort of patient to those calls from contact centres. She said although many people don't like receiving this kind of call, it is nice to be patient and finish listening to what they need to "READ" before we say NO and hang up on them, because the caller won't get paid if they can't finish saying what they are selling.
