冰也寒，

雪也寒。

兒郎有暖衫。

The ice was cold,

And the snow was cold.

I remember my Mom's words I was told,

And a warm jacket to hold.

風一天，

雨一天，

冬去春來又一年，

夢中憶母顏。

The windy days,

And the rainy days.

Now the spring has come with bright rays,

And in my dream is my Mom's face.
