To be honest

I started out on prose in my masters program. But one class from Prof. Red Leaf (葉紅教授) changed the path completely. Her vivid teaching of poetry opened a new universe to me. I found truth in this universe. I was a diligent student. I unremittingly studied all major poets. I even translated one of Frost's poems into a Chinese 三句半。I also wrote quite a few poems. However I have slackened in prose learning. But trust me, after I finish Huckleberry Finn, which I suppose will take a year or two, I will load a bundle of prose into my wagon of poetry.
