聯合國一個機構說，世界食品價格12月升到曆史新高，原因是糖、糧食和油料作物的生產成本提高，以及惡劣天氣對一些作物收成的影響。

The food price rose to a record high in December due to the increased cost of sugar, grain and oil products as well as the impact from treturous weather, said an organization of the United Nations.
