Actually, I am still feeling the same pain as you had before.

I just had an argument with my bosses recently on something that is quite unfair to me. No good result so far and I do not think there will be one. The only thing I can tell is that the bosses listened. The only benefit I got is probably letting them know that I also have a temper even though I may appear docile most time, haha.

I felt much better after I read your writing. I have to confess that I do not have good voices both in speaking and in writing. Thanks for sharing your experience. And please help us in improving our writing skills.
