Your article reminds me of a story about Arnold Schwarzenegger. In his heyday, he was invited by a university to give a speech at graduation ceremony. In his speech, he revealed that his accent had bothered him in his entire life. I was very surprised, even shocked, by his statement. He was a guy who had all – Mr. Universe, one of the greatest actors, the governor of California, the connection to Kennedy family by marriage. It seemed that nobody cared about his accent except himself. I even like his accent. Nobody can say “I will be back”, a catch phrase in the movie The Terminator, to that effect. How unnecessary was it for him to carry that burden!
