i just consulted my friend who is a linguist about the "t" in recital. here is her answer.

嚴格說，不是d, 但聽起來很像d. 氣流阻塞沒有 d 多。語音學術語是 flap or tap, 當 /t, d/ 位於元音之間，而且後麵的元音是非重讀時，就發這個音。隻是在美國英語中。
