I would suggest that you add alternative versions for the right expression. For instance, This book is worthless.I hit the jackbox. I won (the lotto). The teacher will check the attendance. Shame on you . . . .

Personally, I feel some of the expressions are just of different (rhetorical) styles.

Anyway, like to see more of such work!
