栗子仁，昨晚煮好太困了，沒做後麵的工作

 

 

 

 

635克栗子仁，我加了140克糖，120克油，Vitamix高速一分鍾。

 

 

 

 

 

 

開炒，炒到這個狀態，抹麵包挺香的

 

 

 

繼續炒，到這個狀態就完成了，關火，涼透後會更幹。

這個做月餅就直接用，做栗子蛋糕的夾層或表麵裝飾，需要加whipping cream用KitchenAid 攪勻。

繼續勞動，蘭花到了，取蘭花去……
