偶爾,做個自已喜歡的甜品。
材料一:
1 tablespoon butter, melted
1 tablespoon white sugar
材料二:
5 teaspoons butter, melted
5 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/4 cup milk
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
1 teaspoon brandy-based orange liqueur (such as ground mariner)
做法:
Setp 1, Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Whisk in flour and stir until mixture becomes paste-like and light golden brown, about 2 minutes.
Setp 2, Whisk milk into butter-flour mixture; bring to a simmer and cook until thick, 2 to 3 minutes.

材料三:
2 egg whites
1/4 cup white sugar, divided
做法:
Step 3, Beat egg whites in a large glass or metal mixing bowl until soft peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the egg whites will form soft mounds rather than a sharp peak.

最重要的是,將蛋白、砂糖一起攪打均勻至刮須膏狀,拉出尖尾就可以了(上圖)
Step 4, Stir half of egg whites into mixture until just combined. Gently fold remaining egg whites into mixture.
Step 5, Fill prepared ramekins about 3/4 full and place on a baking sheet; bake in the preheated oven until edges are golden brown, 400F about 20 to 25 minutes.
