可以解決很多非法移民問題。

也可以根本解決homeless問題。

川總，請把homeless people送到非洲吧。

在非洲給他們買一塊地，建一個城。

把全美國的homeless people 都送進城裏。

提供給他們食品，住宅，工作和醫療保險。

城裏也要建學校和養老院。
