“ For Costco credit card, there's no foreign transaction fee. However, for international transaction the exchange rate would be charged as per VISA for the date the transaction is posted to your account. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the exchange rates.”
然後他給我一個link, 我試著收入100 RMB, 算出來14.5 美金，基於今天的匯率。但是顯示有bank fee 2%。
我又問客服， “What's the bank fee 2% for?”
回答 “ At Citi we do not charge any foreign transaction fee on the Costco Citi cards.”
我又問客服 “ So you mean the bank fee 2 % won't charge on me?"
回答 ” Yes, not on your Costco Citi card“
那我的理解就是，我可以拿著我在美國的costco visa card 到中國花費。每一筆都沒有額外開銷，隻不過把在中國花的RMB基於當天的匯率轉換成美元，顯示在我的賬單上。俺的理解對不？
