第十三條　曾有過中國國籍的外國人，具有正當理由，可以申請恢複中國國籍；被批準恢複中國國籍的，不得再保留外國國籍。

美國的SSN：Generally, we cannot pay Retirement, Survivors, and Disability Insurance benefits to noncitizens after their sixth calendar month outside the United States.
