I should say both Chinese and English are beautiful languages that are able to record, document, and describe whatever ideas, facts and concepts are, given the users are fully proficient in the languages they use.
Although the number of Chinese characters are much smaller than the English words, Chinese are able to accurately describe what they are describing. Because there is not connection of spelling and pronunciation for each Chinese character, it is very hard for the learners who have to memorize such connection to learn it. This process enhances the development of the learners' brains and intelligence, which may explain a fact that most Chinese native speakers have relatively high IQs and do well in STEMs subjects.
