Increasing the price of cigrette ten times higher may decrease the smoking population currently ~ 200 millions smokers in China. A pack consumed per smoker per day generates 10 grams of polutents; 200 millions smokers produce ~2000 tons of polutents a day that mostly in the air over urben areas.
