Western parts of China and large parts of rural areas have more space and requirement in infrastructural development to fully modernize the nation. Therefore, China still has another 3 to 4 decades of fast growth in economic developement. Investment from China central and local governments should focus on domestic growth. Chinese people and China should be placed in the first place in all activities and policy making, always.
