Beautiful poems. Brought back so many old memories.

I read this book at 13 or 14. Now I look back, I think I understood the story without knowing the real meaning of most of them. I memorized most of the poems in the book with little effort, but I just couldn't understand why they were so pessimistic about their lives.

It is extremely unlikely that my children will be able to read and understand this book, I don't know if it is a good thing or a bad thing for them. I hope by giving them a new world, it is enough to make up what they have lost and missed.
