Actually it is not 100% my own theory.

1. History TV (Mankind program?) suggested that once Phoenicians invented letters, human then obtained the ability of abstract thinking.

2. A Japanese book suggested that the Chinese languange (古文，科舉/官方文書) is not a language comparing with other types of languages.

it is very difficult to find any research papers/evidences regarding how Chinese characters affect people's brain, because
1. the westerners 根本不屑去了解中國人的思想，根本不認為中國人有什麽思想。所以沒有老外去研究
2  中國人如果去研究，用中文去研究。能產生什麽結果呢？自己拉自己的頭發，能把自己懸空嗎
3  懂漢字的老外，幾乎沒有。懂漢字，真正有學問的老外，還沒出生

中國的所有問題，歸根結底是漢字的問題。
我羅列一下我的粗略邏輯。

使用漢字 --〉對發音的簡單處理 --〉 一音多字以及詞組局限在2字 --〉 口頭交流成問題 --〉口頭交流局限於更少量漢字（發音容易被區別出的漢字）--〉思維停留在低級層次 （沒有人與人的會話交流了，如何提高思維？）

西方的思維是通過聲音傳達的。數學，物理，那些概念也是的。隻會漢語的人是無法理解的。
