2) 文革複辟. What happened in Chongqing is similar to 文革複辟. Namely, government officials totally ignore laws. Many people are posting/saying things about revolution, e.g, Prof Cong.

3) 嚴重違紀，還是外事紀律. This is true since Bo's wife is involved in the death of a foreigner.
