He is a career politician skillfully traverses the political

maze.  His rise is a pure calculation.  He has DONE NOTHING for Chinese people when he is working at provincial level.  In fact whereever he went, there was disasters.  And he was quickly shuffled to another province to keep him distant from the disasters.

I have very little hope and respect for him.  Unfortunately he is one of Hus' men.
