In US hospitals can not reject patients if they don't have money, but hospitals can collect money from government if the patient's income is low, and it applies not only to citizen but also foreigners. Life is more important, no matter this life is poor or rich.

China is so rich now, everybody sees it, but why no money is put into giving normal people a little right of living??????????
