as a citizen. You can agree or disagree with his draft. You can also present your draft different from his.

But no one has the right to put him, or you in prison. Otherwise you are infriging his right of freedom of thinking, and freedom of speech as a citizen.

Why should people can not have the right of speaking something that he truthfully thinks is right?
