PHD means you are super smart and talented in some

specifice field. For example, if you are good at writing, but becaues you are super retarded at math, you even cannot be qualified to go to the college in china; But in the US, they always give you a chance and maybe you will be a succesful writer. I totally agree with this point and I talked with an American about this before. In China, all is win or lose; live or die. very cruel.
