Alibaba and Jack Ma

Now that alibaba and jack ma is no longer a small business but a corporation. He has to learn to work within the chinese system. China has people with more power and people who lead over ma. He can't do whatever he wants anymore like a small business that ultimately can fail because ma lead over more people than small business.
