It's Your Chrome That's Problematic.

If you recall, last time your chrome did not give you sound nor player. I was able to, and am able to this time as well with my Windows 10 laptop. I must stress that I am using Chrome browser, and still can get sound and player... 

So really it has to be your Chrome that is the cause of your not getting any sound.
