Potential risk:

When we upload and download and even play copyrighted music we are actually infringing the authors' copyright, which may subject us to copyright infringement.

yykd provides a place for people to freely exchange music, most of which is still under copyright protection; this has already violated US copyright Act.(The lucky thing is that most of the posts in here present only Chinese music, which give us more chances to escape from China's copyright liabilities.However, when it comes to the work of US or other European contries which have treaties with US, it can be very risky to do so, regardless of the fact that this is only a Chinese web site and may not catch eyes of the authors.

As a result, if yykd actively provides the means of exchanging copyrighted works, it may greatly increase the possibility that someday yykd be held as both vicarious and contributory infringer.

In fact if some authors in US sue yykd for copyright infringement right now, it may not be easy for yykd to claim to be innocent, but at least it can avoid involving too much in this issue.

That's my personal opinion. You can retain yours.
