Net Transport only knows this

This is worked on my PC. I think there were two condition to use Net Transport:

1. The download.asx file has to be under one of web site, legal URL path. Like

http://(your_web_site_host)/download.asx

2. New version of Net Transport (my current 2.11.311). Before I had old version didn't work.

When I wrote here, I know this might not a good suggestion to everybody. Because doesn't everybody have a web site.
