It's a bad choice

You're not a chef, and restaurant is hard to run. It requires 12 hours of work, 6 or 7 days a week.

The only day that you can close the door and rest is Christmas Day.  The other closed days you have to run errands,

deposit in the bank, stocking. Why can't find something else to do?

Chinese take-out is an awful businese. You get the cheapest customers.
