Round the world cruise you can depart from CA :)

Usually the Med cruise would be from cities like Venice, Rome, Barcelona, Venice.

Go to Travelocity and click the Cruise tab, under that, choose Destination. You should be able to find Med or Europe (different parts of Europe) and go from there.
