The Toyota dealer refused to sell a car

I has a terrible experince with a Toyota car dealer. We selected a car and spent 7 hours with the dealer to complete teh sales paperwork (incluidng the clunker's paperwork). At last minute the sales manager refused to sale the are to me wehn I said the waiting time of 6 hours for the paperwork is too long. The sales manager said he can not sell the are to me because I am not happy. That is after 7 hours wating! Is this a mistreatment? Does anyone have similair experience? Can I find a good lawer to sue them?
