I am buying a house.


What is the difference between "Title Insurance"
and "Lender's Title policy"?

hwo shuold pay it ,the buyer or seller?

In Buyer Estimated Closing Statement,
the section of "Tiltle Charges"
only includs "Lender's title Policy"

I did not find "title Insurance".

Is this normal?

does "Lender's title Policy"can aviod all the liens belong this house?
