BTW, will this be a good idea?

My wife is not smart and at least does love our son.

I don't want to fully screw her life (even she intend to destroy me.)

Do you think it's a good idea for me to get the evidence in front of her and negotiate with her to file a peace divorce? I do not intend to take my son away from her and we can do a joint custodian.

Is this plan workable?
