請老貓和其他朋友看看，退款申請書到底應該什麽時候交阿

３年前買的東西，今年有一部份可以退了，
發票日期是７月８日２００６年，要求是：
Do so during the 7-day period follwing the end of the 36th Full Calendar month following the Issue Date (7/8/09)
那麽我應該７／８後的７天內寄出退款申請呢，還是８／８後的７天，
比較笨，理解能力又比較差，多謝大家了！
