I am wondering if I am entitled by law to request the judge to make his judgement at hearing for the case I just filed. I believe I will talk to a layer

I am here not for seeking help to reverse the judicial decision made 3 months ago. I am giving the judge a chance to correct his misconduct by sending him and the presiding judge letters for retrial. I would eventually take it to Commission on Judicial Performance if he does not "appreciate''this opportunity.
