Dear Mrs. xxx and Dr. xxx,

We are A's parents. This letter is to report that we found our daughter, A, was hurt by violence in the school. A said B pushed her down to the floor and kicked her on Monday, March 26, 2009. A lot of students saw the violence. A said she never do anything unfriendly to B. There are two pieces of skin hurts in A's right leg. We took the picture as evident. Please review the picture. Picture was taken on March 26, 2009.

We need a fair resolution for this violence. We require that B and her parents apologize for her violence and promise not to do it again. The school should prevent any further violence to my daughter or any other students.

We keep the right to take any further legal actions against this kind of school violence.
