fish smell in the work place...

I like to eat fishes during the lunch hour. But someone complain that
heating fish in the microwaves may cause an aroma to permeate the entire floor. This would be a common courtesy to your fellow employees and keep the work areas scent free.

what is the law about this?

I don't like perfume, curry, or other smells too. :P How can I complain that?
