EEOC is the one for anyone who is interested in the topic, my first question was to look for some case Statistics, below is what I found from the web. average was about $2600 per case. not sure the highest and lowest. but this gave me a clear idea it is not worth it if I don't have a strong case. american is nation full with lawsuit, thank you everyone for help.
