if what you said is correct, next time I will not ask the

precertification to insurance company. If the facility
ask me to do it , I will refuse and let them do, if they
refuse, I will not do the test in that facility.because
insurance's palicy said: provider ( facility) are responsible to contact insurance to get precertification.
