help!!about auto accident

When I was following the traffic sign and merging into left-turn lane, a bus acrossed the double yellow lines from wrong way, and hit my car on the left side. Since I had no experience, I did not get any personal information from the witness. The bus entered the wrong way in advance, and then caused this accident. But, the bus driver told the reporter that the bus was in the left-turn lane already when I suddenly drove to the left and hit the bus. Till now, I had reported to my car insurance company and dropped my car at the Auto Body Shop. 有人建議我找律師，理由是覺得對方是Bus，可能不太好解決。我對這些事情都不清楚，不知道保險公司的人會怎麽處理，也擔心以後保險費是不是要漲。如果有誰對這類事件的處理有經驗的話，請給我建議，幫助我。謝謝！
