In that FL_390 form, How can I state that each of us should agree to share the extra education cost? such as piano class? Will I win if go for a trail?

He even stopped paying licensed after-school care and requested to have his parents watch. Kid has been in that afternoon care for a few years and he paid in the past. Now he only wants to save money but kid's benefit! We had DV case before and I don't want to pick up kid daily from his home. Kid wants to stay with friends in care center too...? I work full time and am paying alone. Will I win if I go for trail on this? or I should go to agency for order enforcement from his bank? His point is day care center provides class. Ridiculaous!
