Thank you for the reply. We understand that the pillows are not returnable. However, our point is that the salesperson or store owner should let the customer know before they actually buy an item that it is not returnable, either by a label on the item, or a clearly posted sign. There are many stores that have signs that read: Sales are final. We have seen these before, but not in this store.

Does it make sense that you go into a store, the salesperson tells that you can try an item for a month, and when you try it for a day and decide to return it, they tell you it is not returnable, and it is your mistake as a customer that you did not ask if that particular item is returnable or not.

Aside from any emotional issues here, we feel we have been misinformed, and customers should be protected from these kinds of business practices. We simply feel we have been deceived, and others should be warned about such practices. We have not been treated fairly.
