Thank you very much. I saw lots of your posts/answers in this forum. hi, I'm very stupid. My wife and I will go to the court on next Monday. She would request the judge give me a chance. I don't if the judge permit us to reach an agreement, such as taking family/marriage couseling. Lao Mao, is there any possible the judge will drop the charge without trial?

If the judge decide to move the case to the trial, I definitely hire a defense trial attorney. Without the help for attorney, it will be very hard to drop off the case.
