NO he's not. If he is, he should have finished himself after the horrific evil act he's done, to spare his family and others ordeal. I don't care he's white, black, brown, yellow, yes, he's a SOB, coward, too scared to put the trigger on himself... i'd wish they can finish him just as fast as he did to those three people. but, unfortunately, tax payers now will have to pick up the tab for cost of court, layers, prison, etc, etc,.....
