I printed out this page, which says Free for the meterial and the contact info(name and phone number). My cell phone records shows the phone number listed on this page.

What else I may need to know to hold my statement that "the orignal quote was two-fifty dollars (the lady said it this way on the phone" not "twenty-five hundreds" ?
