there are some questions you can ask

was ur baby fasten with the straps of the carseat at babysitter's place?
was ur baby left along?
was your baby sleeping on her back, not on her side or stomach?
and there are some other details such as if baby's head was covered by blanket while she was sleeping in the carseat...
if YES for any of above questions, you baby was at high risk of danger.
