1.NO, it's not in Ontario.
2.Yes, there were 2 independent witnesses. however, they were telling the police what they "believed" they had saw.
3. No, my hu*****and has no any criminal records.
4. No injury at all because for god sake my hu*****and didnt hit me. (i am telling the truth with my upmost dignity)
5. The prosecutor doesnt want to drop this case so it will go to trial and i will tell the truth for sure.
