First of all, release barking dogs outside in the monring, do you call that reasonable? LZ didn't ask the neighbour to 'tie' the dogs, but to keep them in the back yard, and "可他們一口就回絕了", does that sound reasonable to you or do you think there is room for them to compromise?

Frankly, it's not the barking dogs that bothers me, it's the attitude of the neighbour.
