My situation is very different from a swimming pool. In my case the cost of fixing the condition would be extremely high because it is large body of natural water and the size of the property to erect practical fence. I was wondering that my scenario should be common among people living in rural environment or next to body of natural water, just want to know if there is any exemption on that
